This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, which is ideally located downtown, is our nicest unit.

The apartment has been designed for a young professional couple, or 2 mature students who may be working and still going to school.

The price for this unit is of course negotiable, and includes all utilities, tenant insurance package, satellite TV and 2 parking spaces.

Bedroom 1 is located on the same floor as the living room and is approximately 130 sq ft, with a huge closet.

Bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd floor and is approximately 120 sq ft. It has a private sitting area and a walk-in closet.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a 4 piece bathroom. The kitchen is unique, and you have an open concept living room. There is also a huge upper deck which opens from the living room, it's an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the parades of downtown.

The lease is for a year, with no exception. References are required.

History

Our family started in the student housing business over 20 years ago. We have grown over those years but not without our share of problems. We have learned over the years that because of age working with students is very trying at times. We see no difference between girls and guys when it comes to renting our places and the problems that arise. So, because of that we have no preference of gender or race when it comes to renting the place you're interested in. Our only requirement is that you respect our places like your parents taught you to respect their house. I'm committed to providing affordable housing that is safe and well maintained while you have the responsibility to keep the place cleaned and make sure you live up to your lease agreements. Common sense.

Why Stay With Us?

Location, Location, Location. Our places are mostly in the downtown area in the entertainment district. There are buses to Brock in front of each of our locations. There is no need for a cab to get to and from the bars, also there is no need to drink & drive! The area is very safe, because most of the people that live in the area are students. We have the new Arts Centre being built, a new arena being built and a city council who are committed to a new downtown. Cafes, restaurants, market, malls, bus terminal and Go Train are within walking distance.

Living downtown is a 'no-brainer'. It's a little more expensive but if you weigh it all out it's cheaper and safer than living outside the core.

We have been renting to students for years. We know what students are wanting and needing. Open concepts, with privacy in your large bedrooms, this has been our goal since we have started. We have 15 apartments in various locations (See what you need below) Around the entertainment district. They vary in size from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom all are equipped with fridges, stoves, fire equipment, smoke detector, exit plans etc. We take our tenants needs first.
